This beautifully cut large oval will make a stunning pendant, given its size. It weighs a huge 18.45 carats and measures 21 x 15 x 8.5mm. It carries 4/5 brightness, light body tone and views well from all angles. It could easily be cut further, into a double sided gem. The origin field Lambina, is now closed to mining making this material extremely collectible. It displays multi-coloured pinfire pattern, that appears in bands ... transversing across the face of the stone. Mined in the early 1990's these gems are tightly held and represent a great investment, in unique Australian Opal.
