We currently ship orders within Australia and internationally.

Shipping insurance is included in the shipping charge shown at checkout. The amount you pay covers both postage and insurance for your opal. Shipments are insured through Secursus. Coverage is subject to Secursus’s terms, including any limits and exclusions that apply; contact us at info@opallightning.com if you’d like the coverage for your order confirmed.

Available shipping options, delivery charges, and any estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you place your order. We’ll send shipping or tracking details when they’re available.

Import duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes are not collected at checkout. For orders shipped outside Australia, the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges, which are typically payable when the parcel arrives and are set by the destination country.
