How Do I Place An Order?

 

Just use our easy shopping cart, to select your precious opal or opals.  We accept Paypal and most major credit cards, as it is easy to use world wide and provides protection for all parties involved. This means you can also use your credit card, whilst using Paypal. Prices listed are in USD.

Payment and Shipping

 

Once payment is cleared, the items will be shipped using registered post and insured. This will be calculated, on each order and shipping can be combined, for multiple items, in a single purchase.  It is the responsibility of the buyer, to pay all of their taxes and import duties, that they are responsible for.  We are also not responsible for delays by their respective customs.

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee.  If you are in any way, not happy with your stunning opal, (this is uncommon), it must be returned within 7 days of receipt and returned UNTOUCHED AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, with buyer paying returned registered, insured post.  This is how it was sent, so it must be guaranteed, to be returned, for the refund.

All of our opals are high calibre stones and are represented correctly on our website, to the best of our ability.  Opals may be photographed using a macro lens, so please take note of size, in each description. Only a white balance feature may be used, to more correctly showcase the colours, (as if it were in your hand),  as given the brightness and spectrum, they are difficult to photograph.  Given all of our opals are earth mined, they may contain sand or inclusions and if this is the case, it will be mentioned in the product description, for that particular stone. 

 

Australian opals, are not hydrophanic, so do not absorb water, like many other varieties around the world.  They are very stable, brilliant in colour and pattern and should be viewed in direct sunlight, to fully expose these great attributes. They are easily cared for and will last a lifetime and the generations that follow.
