If you are in any way, not happy with your stunning opal, (this is uncommon), it must be returned within 7 days of receipt and returned UNTOUCHED AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, with buyer paying returned registered, insured post. This is how it was sent, so it must be guaranteed, to be returned, for the refund.
