This marvellous gem, comes from Mintabie in South Australia. It carries a fine polish and good brightness of 4/5. The crystal opal has gold, yellow, orange and green colours predominantly. It has a medium dome and a large face. This could be a pendant or large ringstone. It measures 16 x 12 x 4mm and weighs 5.4 carats.
