This high dome gem, carries a fine polish and many colours, including red. There is a beautiful banded pattern, bright from all angles that lends itself to a ring design. Brightness is 4/5, eye clean and inclusion free. a marvellous little gem. It weighs 2.9 carats and measures 10 x 8 x 4.95mm. Its origin is the Olympic field, in South Australia.
