The green crystal opal has great depth, with gold and orange hues, from certain angles. It has a brightness of 4/5, weighs 3.9 carats and measures 16 x 9 x 4mm. The precious opal layer sat on black potch, which not all was kept and is uncommon for opal, from this region of Australia.
